The district offers meals for any child under the age of 18 weekdays 9a-2p.
Monday, April 13 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. – Grab-n-Go and delivery meals provided
On Tuesday, April 14, meal distribution goes to two times per week from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. as follows:
- Tuesdays – Meals will be served at AHS and WBHS via drive thru and pick up for community groups who are serving from a centralized location to their community. Meals will also be delivered by Bethlehem Church for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Fridays – Grab-n-Go meals and deliveries will be made for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Grab-N-Go bags containing breakfast and lunch can be picked up at Apalachee High School (behind the school by the stadium) and Winder-Barrow High School (front of the school by cafeteria)

Distributing to-go bags of food to students in need every Monday. Bags contain a week of breakfasts and lunches for a child. A child, infant to age 18, must be present in order for a bag to be provided.
Drive-through stations open from 10a to Noon in the parking lot or bus lanes of schools or communities noted below. Children who do not attend one of the schools noted below can go to the site closest to their home. To be proactive in “social distancing,” families cannot stay at the site; please not come to a site if you are ill.

Those eligible for this service must be 18 or younger, or individuals with a state-defined mental or physical disability.

Clayton County Public Schools partners with the Atlanta Community Food Bank to provide grocery services to the families of CCPS students at five locations: Huie Elementary, King Elementary, Tara Elementary, West Clayton Elementary and Lovejoy High.

Meals can only be served to Cobb County students under 18 years of age, and students must be physically present.

Children must be present in the car to receive the meals. Parents and children should drive to the front of the school (back of school in cafeteria area for New Manchester). Nutrition workers will deliver the meals to the car. Parents or guardians may take the children to any of the locations. We will provide meals for any child who shows up at any location as long as supplies last.
Meal service sites will continue to distribute breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to children up to age 18 and children with disabilities up to age 21. The number of meals provided will be based on the number of children in the vehicle. The following locations are serving meals:

Please stay in your car and the meals will be passed through based on the number of children in the car. Meals are for pick-up only and cannot be consumed on site. We encourage families to continue to be proactive in reducing the risk of COVID-19 (coronavirus) by not congregating at the distribution site once meals have been distributed.
Families can pick up meals for all children under the age of 18, or under the age of 21 for youth with special needs from one of 21 food distribution sites listed below. Children must be present in order for meals to be provided.

Beginning Tuesday, April 7, the meals provided to students during the pick-up and delivery times noted above will include both a breakfast and lunch.
As part of GCPS’ support during Digital Learning Days, 68 schools (listed below) will continue providing meals for pick-up for anyone 18 years of age or younger between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Meals will be provided at no cost to the individual through the federal School Nutrition Program. The student or child must be present to receive the meal. A child does not have to be a student at the school site to receive a meal.
In addition, school buses will deliver meals at bus stops in the following clusters– Berkmar, Central Gwinnett, Discovery, Meadowcreek, Norcross, Shiloh, and South Gwinnett – and for the following schools – Alcova ES, Arcado ES, Berkeley Lake ES, Chesney ES, Duluth MS, Harris ES, Jackson ES, Knight ES, Lovin ES, McKendree ES, Northbrook MS, and Sycamore ES. The buses will be making stops at their regular bus stops between 11 a.m. and noon during the week. In order to get a meal the child will need to be at the stop when the bus arrives.
